Troy is a transformational leader with over 25 years' experience across iconic Australian brands in retail, hospitality, education, and leisure. Most recently, he spent seven years as Managing Director of Betty's Burgers, where he led the business through phenomenal growth-scaling from 9 to 70 stores, expanding the team from 400 to over 3,500, and increasing revenue from $14M to $200M. Throughout his career, Troy has held executive and C-suite roles at companies including Red Rooster, Gloria Jean's, MAde Establishment, and Acquire Learning, consistently delivering major operational turnarounds and impressive commercial results.

Known as "The Culture Creator," Troy's leadership philosophy is built around people. He's passionate about building high-performing teams and believes that culture isn't just a company value-it's something lived and breathed by every individual. His people-first approach has driven outstanding employee engagement scores and earned him a reputation for developing resilient, energised teams that thrive through change. Whether he's integrating businesses during a private equity acquisition, delivering a strategic market expansion, or reshaping internal structures, Troy brings clarity, momentum and a laser-focus on both performance and purpose.

With a knack for navigating complex governance, Troy has worked closely with some of Australia's top investors, Chairmen and Boards-from Goldman Sachs to AFL to Swisse. He's equally at home in the boardroom or on the ground, combining strategic vision with entrepreneurial grit. Whether leading 9,000+ staff across a national QSR brand, launching industry-first delivery models, or repositioning a heritage business for the future, Troy is always leading the charge-driving innovation, scaling with intent, and delivering results that stick.
